After Completing your application you will be required to submit the following to Live Oak Housing Authority.
Verfication of all income. (Pay stubs, Child support records, Social Security, SSI. Foods Stamps, Cash assistance, ETC)
Drivers License or Photo ID of everyone over the age of 18
Birth Certificates for all members listed on application
Original Social Security Cards
Additonally, a mandatory criminal background check will be required to be eligible for housing.
